Training solutions

We provide typerating training and recurrent training on a variety of aircraft types. We also offer non type specific training modules and a sophisticated selection process at your homebase or other location. Our projects and courses are conducted by highly experienced professionals. Our commitment to flexibility enables us to conduct training at the premises of our customers where required.

Fleet changes or expansion of fleet impose additional workload on your training department. We would be pleased to accompany the transition period with our line training captains to ensure that the expansion or change process can be conducted smoothly.

Typerating instructor

We will support you, to establish or extend your own instructor pool. The training consist of the teaching & learning part and the additional practical part in the full-flight simulator environment.

 Our intructors are highly experienced and will provide your personnel with the essential knowledge and skills to perform training in an effective manner.

Pilot selection

We know, that not only the quantity of pilots matter but also the quality. We offer a well proven selection process for ready entries, both for captains and first officers. This particular selection process had been originally designed for IOSA certified airlines and has been adapted to the requirements of all civil aviation airlines.

The selection procedure can either take place in Germany or right at your homebase. In addition we offer a captain’s upgrade evaluation to ensure that only candidates with suitable skills and attitudes fill the positions. The evaluation procedure can again take place here in Germany or at your homebase.
